Foster care for orphans and vulnerable children
NOTDEC Uganda provides homage for vulnerable children starting from one day to three years in accordance to government rules and policies due to the circumstances around the community. The Triplets who became vulnerable with their mentally ill health mother who were they were brought under our care at the age of 4 months until date.
Education and skills
NOTDEC Uganda provides day care to children from year one to three years, preparing the young one to develop attitude to words education and skills development. Above is a photo of house mamas and teachers posing with children under their care.These are exceptional women who offers to care and nurture these vulnerable children to see them becoming responsible citizens.
Farm
This is to provide food supplements and commercial basis to improve the sustainability of the project. We crop rotation for seasonal crops (maize, sunflower and soya) and we have coffee plantation as cash crop. Enhancing Sustainability Through Food Supplements in an Agricultural Program.
Secure Environment
Our commitment to child safety is unwavering. We maintain a secure environment for children with comprehensive child protection policies. Additionally, our center is safeguarded round the clock by armed security personnel. Your child's well-being is our top priority, and we take every measure to ensure their safety and care while at our facility.
Community Interventions
On the community inervations we give out solar lights ,water collections ,Home improvement, Toilets improvemrnt sleeping materials and income generating start up capital/items. Home assessements for new addminission,resettlement,home intervations and social economic empowerment done by social works.
